After a completed order
When an order in the app is complete, your system passes name and email on through Zapier, Make or n8n. The email follows with the delay you set for the link.

At a milestone
The tenth plant saved, the hundredth run, a full year of use: someone who just hit a goal likes your app most right then.

At the first renewal
A user who keeps paying after the first month has decided your app is worth it. If your system reports the renewal, the request goes out the same day.

Can the request show up inside the app?

No. Citypicked asks outside the app, by email, text or WhatsApp. Your app can report the right moment, though, and through Zapier, Make or n8n the email then goes out by itself.

For many users we only have an email address. Is that enough?

Yes. For apps, email is usually the right way. Basic includes 300 email requests a month, Pro 1,000 and Business 2,500, and you can book more. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed users are never asked again.

Why doesn't the review form open right away on Android?

Google Play reviews are written in the Google Play app on the phone. So the link opens your app's store page, where the user leaves the review. For the App Store, Citypicked opens the review form directly.

Can the review page be in Spanish?

Yes. The page shows in the language of the visitor's phone, for example Spanish, French or Portuguese. Your own texts apply in your main language; visitors in other languages see our translated default texts. The email itself is written in your own words.

Do texts to customers in the US work right away?

SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
