Why reviews on Tripadvisor matter

Visitors decide here: People visiting a new city often check Tripadvisor before they book a table or a room.
ChatGPT reads along: In a BrightLocal analysis (August 2026) Tripadvisor was among the sites ChatGPT cites most often when asked about local businesses.
Reviews in many languages: Guests write in their own language. Your Citypicked review page shows in many of them, from English and German to Spanish and Turkish.

Tips

More reviews on Tripadvisor

01
QR code on the receipt and the table
This reaches guests whose number you don't have. One scan and they are on your review page.
02
Hotel guests on check-out day
An email after check-out arrives while the stay is still fresh.
03
Nothing in return
Tripadvisor does not allow discounts, drinks or gifts for reviews. A friendly request is enough.
