Guests who booked with a mobile number get a short text the next day. Citypicked never sends at night, and on Sundays only if you switch it on.
The host planned the evening with you, so you have their email. A personal note the next day reaches exactly the person who organized it.

No. A QR code on the table or in the check presenter is enough. If your booking system works with Zapier, Make or n8n, a text can also go out after every booking by itself. That is part of the Pro plan.
