At the register
While the card payment goes through, the customer has a moment. A stand next to the card reader sits right where they are already looking.
- 02
At home, unpacking
The card in the bag falls into their hand when they unpack. By then they know whether the purchase was right, and they can scan without hurry.
- 03
When a special order is picked up
When something is out of stock, you order it and take a phone number. After pickup, a short text goes to that same number.

We only have walk-ins and no customer data. Is Citypicked still useful?
Yes, the QR code is made for walk-ins. Codes are unlimited in every plan, so make one for every spot in the shop, each with its own label.
Will regulars get asked every time they buy something?
With QR codes, the shopper decides whether to scan. By text and email, each person gets a 30 day break between requests, which you can stretch to 90 days.
Can my sales staff send requests too?
Yes. Basic includes 3 team seats (including yours), Pro and Business any number. Analytics shows how many requests each person sent.
We run a second store at the mall. How do we set that up?
Add it as a second location with its own review page, cards and sending hours. Shoppers at the mall then review the mall store.
Do texts to customers in the US work right away?
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
