Yes, on the Pro plan through the automation link, if your practice software works with Zapier, Make or n8n. You choose a delay from 15 minutes up to 24 hours, and duplicate protection makes sure nobody gets two requests within 30 days.
If the rating is below the stars you set, they see no review sites, just a short form only you and your team see. You choose which ratings go on to your review sites: 3 stars and up, 4 stars and up, or only 5 stars. Anyone can of course still post a public review whenever they like.
Google is usually the first stop. Turn on Healthgrades too if you keep that profile up to date. With only one site switched on, the review page skips the choice and sends patients straight there.
One credit per text to a US number. Basic includes no SMS, Pro 50 SMS a month and Business 400, and packs add more credits. Basic includes 300 email requests a month, Pro 1,000 and Business 2,500.
