What changes for you
- The buyer is asked, not the recipient
- The request goes to the person who ordered and paid. The recipient just gets flowers, never a message from Citypicked.
- Mother's Day and Valentine's Day
- After the big days, upload the delivery orders as a CSV. Citypicked spreads the sending over several hours so the texts do not all land in the same minute.
- Wilted early? You hear first
- If a bouquet drooped too soon, the customer tells you in a private form instead of on Google. You get an email right away and can call them.

Common questions
We do a lot of funeral work. Will those customers be asked automatically?
No. When you send by hand, you decide on every order and skip sympathy orders unless you know the family and it feels right. If you use the automation link, simply do not pass funeral orders on.
Most orders come in by phone. Do I have to type everything?
You write down name and number for phone orders anyway. After the deliveries, enter several customers at once, or upload a list in the evening.
Some customers buy flowers every Friday. Will they get a text every week?
No. A second request to the same number comes no sooner than 30 days later. For your Friday regulars, set 60 or 90 days.
We have two shops, one near the cemetery. Can they stay separate?
Yes. Each shop becomes its own location with its own review page and texts. For the shop by the cemetery, you write quieter words than for the one downtown.
Do texts to customers in the US work right away?
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
