Your client sees the cut or color from the back for the first time and smiles. Citypicked asks for a review that same day, and any criticism reaches you first.

The right moment
At checkout you type in name and mobile number and choose “In 1 hour” under When. The text arrives when your client checks the mirror again at home.
Pick tomorrow morning when you send. After the first wash at home, your client knows whether the color holds up the way it looked in the salon.
On the wedding day the bride has other things on her mind. Send the request a few days later, when the first photos are in and the updo shines in them.
How it works
Review sites
People choose a new salon by the stars on Google Maps, so keep Google first. Facebook fits salons whose regulars follow them there for openings and new looks.

FacebookRecommendations on your Facebook pageMissing a site? Add any other public review page as a custom link.
QR code · Table card
Not every client has left you a mobile number. For them a small card stand sits by the register, they scan it while paying, and Citypicked counts every scan.

Yes, as long as your salon software works with Zapier, Make or n8n. On the Pro plan the automation link receives name and mobile number after each appointment and sends the request after the delay you set. Otherwise you type in name and number at checkout.
The text is short and the link opens a simple page with five stars, one tap is enough. You also decide on every send who gets asked, so clients who do not use their phone that way simply get no text.
Yes. Switch Facebook on next to Google and your clients pick on your review page. With just one site switched on, they skip the choice and land there directly.
Yes, as team members. They send requests for your salon, and reviews land on the salon's review page. Basic includes 3 team seats (including yours), Pro and Business any number.
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
