How it works
Booking.com
On Booking.com, reviews come from customers who booked there. Citypicked shows your customers your profile and takes them to Google and your other review sites to write their review.

Tips
Booking.com lets you thank guests through its own messages and ask them for a review. You may not offer anything in return.
You reply to reviews in the extranet. A calm sentence about criticism shows future guests that you care.
Booking.com does not allow reviews written on a guest's behalf. Every guest writes their own, at the front desk too.
Send guests without a Booking.com booking an email after checkout with the way to Google. Travelers see your stars right in search there.
No. Booking.com sends every guest with a booking its own invitation. The link in Citypicked shows your property on Booking.com.
The link to your property, booking.com/hotel/… from the address bar.
Booking.com takes care of those guests. Citypicked helps with everyone else: regulars, phone bookings and guests from your website, who review you on Google.
Your first request goes out in five minutes.
