They write what went wrong. The message goes only to you.
To up to 10 addresses, set for each location. With the stars and the message.
By email straight from Citypicked, or you call. The status shows what is done.
Your inbox
Every message lands in Citypicked under Feedback. You reply by email with one click, under your location's name. The reply is saved as a note, and the status moves to In progress.

No. The message goes only to you and is never published anywhere.
Yes, anyone can write on Google themselves at any time. Citypicked just shows them the way to you first, so you can put things right.
The addresses you enter under Settings, Notifications, up to 10 per location. You can also switch off both emails there, the one for feedback and the one for low stars.
Yes, if your customer left an email address. The reply goes out under your location's name and is saved with the feedback. If they left a number, you call with one click.
24 months, then Citypicked deletes it by itself. If you delete a contact, their feedback goes with it right away.
