Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest steps in a family's life. A personal text the day after closing brings the review to Google, where the next sellers look for an agent.

SMS · Now
The right moment
The papers are signed and the keys change hands. Sellers and buyers both leave relieved, and a text that afternoon reaches them while the tension is still falling away.
When you check in after the move, send the request right then. Citypicked sends the same day or the next morning and does not plan weeks ahead.
Buyers and sellers each get their own request with their own name. If you only represented one side, you only ask your own client.
How it works
Review sites
Sellers usually find an agent through Google or a referral and check the stars there and on Zillow, so both belong on your review page.
GoogleGoogle Maps and Google Search

FacebookRecommendations on your Facebook pageMissing a site? Add any other public review page as a custom link.
QR code · Business card
Many agents hand over a folder or a small gift at closing. Tuck a business card size code inside. Buyers who find it while unpacking can leave a review on their own time.

Yes. Upload a list with names and emails or mobile numbers as a CSV, and Citypicked can spread the sending over several hours. For texts and emails you confirm on every send that you have your clients' permission.
Yes, as a custom link. It shows on your review page next to Google and Facebook, whichever you switch on.
No. Type the client's name and mobile number after closing and you are done. If your CRM or transaction software works with Zapier, Make or n8n, the Pro plan can send the request by itself after each closing.
No, Citypicked does not plan that far ahead. You send right away, in a few hours or the next morning. The easiest habit is to add your clients on closing day, right after the signing.
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
