The matter is resolved, the outcome discussed, the final bill settled. With a little distance, the client can now say how well they felt looked after.

After advisory work
A will, an operating agreement, a reviewed employment contract. Where there was no other side, handing over the finished documents is a good moment to ask.

Never while a case is open
As long as there is a dispute, you do not ask. Nothing goes out from Citypicked unless you send it, or unless you set up an automation link yourself.

What if a client mentions details of their case in a public review?

What someone writes on Google is up to them, and Citypicked has no say in it. You do decide whom to ask, and you can write your request text to ask clients to leave case details out.

How do I make sure no one with an open case gets a request?

Citypicked only contacts people you enter or upload yourself. If you use the automation link, pass only closed matters through Zapier, Make or n8n. On top of that, the same person is asked at most once in 30 days by default.

Can I also offer my profile on a lawyer directory?

Yes, as a custom link. It sits on your review page next to Google and any other site you switch on. If only one site is on, clients go straight there.

We have two offices and several attorneys. How do we split it up?

Each office gets its own review page with its own texts and statistics. Every attorney sends requests as a team member, and Analytics breaks them down by person.

Do texts to customers in the US work right away?

SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
