Why reviews on hipages matter

This is where customers find tradies: On hipages, customers in Australia post their job and tradies get in touch. Your profile is what they see.
Feedback comes from the job: Customers leave their feedback right in their job on hipages. It counts toward your stars if the customer marked you as hired there.
Google shows every voice: By its own account (October 2026), hipages shows only positive recommendations on profiles, while criticism goes into the stars. On Google, new customers can also read every review in full.
