Why reviews on FreeIndex matter

A UK directory with reviews: FreeIndex lists businesses across the UK. A standard listing is free.
Real names, real customers: Reviewers need an account with their real name and a verified email, and must have received a product or service from you, not just a quote.
You can respond: You can respond to reviews, so new customers see how you handle praise and criticism.

Tips

More reviews on FreeIndex

01
After the work, not after the quote
FreeIndex only counts customers who received a product or service. So send the request once the work is done.
02
Customers write for themselves
FreeIndex removes reviews from people who weren't your customers. Let your customers write their own.
03
Nothing in return
In the UK, a law in force since April 2025 bans fake reviews and hidden incentives. The simplest way: a friendly request without a reward.
