The right moment
At pickup, schedule the request for tomorrow morning. By then the rider has done the first loop, maybe even the commute.
Spring fills the repair stand. At pickup, enter name and number and choose “In 4 hours” under When. By then they have ridden home.
A tube swapped or a chain adjusted on the spot. That is what the stand on the repair counter is for, no phone number needed.

Riders usually look for a shop when something breaks, and they look on Google Maps. Facebook makes sense if your shop posts group rides there.

Only if the gap allows it. The default is 30 days between two requests to the same person. With 60 or 90 days, it stays one request around the purchase.
If the software works with Zapier, Make or n8n, yes. On the Pro plan it passes name and number to the automation link after each work order. Otherwise enter them at pickup or upload a list.
The request is a normal text with a link. No app, no Citypicked account. On the page they tap the stars. You write the text yourself, the way you talk to them in the shop.
Yes. Each shop becomes its own location with its own review page, codes and numbers. The second one is added to your plan.
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
