At the vacuums
After the tunnel, many drivers pull into the vacuum area. A sticker on each vacuum station reaches them while the shiny car is right in front of them.
- 02
Past the exit
Drivers often stop past the exit to fold out their mirrors and check the finish. A sign there leads to your review page before they head back onto the road.
- 03
When a detail job is picked up
Interior shampoo, paint correction, ceramic coating: these jobs are booked with a phone number. Ask a few hours after pickup, once the customer has seen the car in daylight.

- Scratch claims come to you first
- A driver who thinks the brushes left a scratch writes that in a private form instead of on Google. You get an email right away and can look at the paint together.
- Vacuums or exit
- Give the code at the vacuums and the one at the exit their own labels. After a few weeks, Analytics shows which spot gets scanned more.

Common questions
Customers pay at the kiosk. Where would I get names and numbers?
For the tunnel you do not need any. Drivers scan the code themselves, and you never need to know who they are. Names and numbers only matter for booked detail jobs.
Will the code survive rain and snow outside?
That depends on the print. Download the code as an SVG and give it to your sign shop for a weatherproof sign. For indoors, the sticker sheet with your logo from the office printer is enough.
Can my detailers send requests themselves?
Yes. Everyone on the team can send requests. Basic includes 3 team seats (including yours), Pro and Business any number. Analytics shows how many each person sent.
We run several wash sites. Can I see which one does better?
Yes. Each site becomes its own location with its own page, stickers and numbers. You see the stars and scans for every site on its own.
Do texts to customers in the US work right away?
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
