When every bay is full, nobody has time to ask for reviews. Citypicked sends a short text after the job, and complaints about the wait come to you first.

The right moment
Four new tires are a real purchase. A text the next morning reaches the customer after the first drive, when they notice how quiet the ride is.
Someone who came in with a nail in the tread and drove off within the hour is grateful. Send the request an hour later, while that feeling is fresh.
In snow country, the first cold snap fills your bays for weeks. Upload the day's list after closing, and the texts go out the next morning within your sending hours.
How it works
Review sites
Drivers who need tires or a quick flat repair search Google Maps for the closest shop. Facebook can be shown next to Google if your customers use it.

After the job, leave a card with a QR code on the seat cover. It reaches walk-in customers and anyone whose number you do not have on file.

Export the day's work orders from your shop software and upload them as a CSV after closing. If your system works with Zapier, Make or n8n, the Pro plan sends a text after every job by itself.
Yes. The card on the seat and any code at the counter work without a number. QR codes are unlimited in every plan, and Citypicked counts the scans for each code.
Yes. You switch on the sites your customers use, and happy customers pick one. If only Google is on, they go straight there.
Yes. Each store is its own location with its own review page, cards and sending hours, so you can see where customers are happier.
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
