Our crews change every day. Who sends the request?

Best the crew lead who says goodbye to the customer. They type name and email and pick tomorrow morning. Basic includes 3 team seats (including yours), Pro and Business any number.

What if something got damaged during the move?

Reach out about the damage first. If the customer taps few stars, their words land in a private form and you get an email. In your inbox, status and notes keep track of where the claim stands.

Many jobs come through Angi. Should those customers review us there?

If you have an Angi profile, switch it on next to Google. After the stars, the customer sees both and decides where to write.

On long-distance moves we often arrive late at night. Does the request still go out?

Not at night. Requests only go out inside your sending hours, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. by default. Whatever you add late goes out the next morning, so nobody gets woken up by it.

Do texts to customers in the US work right away?

SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
