When a goal is reached
The child finally says the S sound right or holds a pencil with confidence. When a beaming parent tells you about it, that is the day to send the request.

After the discharge meeting
At the end of care you go over with the family what has been reached. A request the next morning then does not come out of nowhere.

Patients spend months relearning speech or grip. The review often comes from the family member who drove them to every session. With their permission, the request goes to them.

Does Citypicked store anything about the child?

No, only what you enter: the parent's name and mobile number or email, plus the stars and private feedback. No diagnosis, no progress notes. Owners and managers can delete a contact completely on request.

Therapy runs for months. When do I ask?

When a visible goal is reached or after the discharge meeting, not in the middle of a series. Citypicked does not put requests on a calendar for later, so you send on the day that fits.

We have both OTs and speech therapists. One page for all?

Yes. The review page belongs to the practice, and each therapist uses their own login to send. If the two teams work at different addresses, each becomes its own location.

Do texts to customers in the US work right away?

SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
