My patients come by referral. Why would I need reviews?

Because referred patients still look you up first. If there is little under your name on Google, a warm recommendation looks weaker than it is. Citypicked helps the people who already praise you say so where newcomers read.

What if a patient writes about their results in a review?

What patients write on Google is their own, and Citypicked does not read or answer reviews. You do control your request text. Ask about the time you took and how they felt in your practice, and you point them toward exactly that.

Do I have to email every patient myself?

You type a name and email for one or several patients and pick the timing. If your scheduling tool works with Zapier, Make or n8n, the request goes out after the visit by itself on the Pro plan. The same person is asked at most once in 30 days, or as rarely as every 90 days.

We share a practice. Does each of us get our own page?

A review page belongs to a location. If you work under one name, one location is enough and each practitioner sends as a team member. If each of you has your own Google profile, set up a location for each.

Do texts to customers in the US work right away?

SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
