What changes for you

Each shop collects for its own listing: Every shop is its own location in Citypicked. The code in your downtown shop leads to the downtown Google listing, not to the original store.
Feedback goes to the people who bake: A low rating opens a short private form. The note goes by email to up to 10 addresses right away, say the shop manager and the head baker.
Your week, every Monday morning: The weekly report arrives every Monday at 8:00 with requests, stars and new feedback. Scans are counted per code, so you see whether the register, the bag or the cup works best.

Most customers never give us a phone number. Does this still work?

Yes, that is what the QR code is for. It needs no customer data. Guests scan, tap their stars and land on Google. You only need numbers for cake orders and other preorders.

Won't this slow down the line at the register in the morning?

No. Your staff don't have to explain or type anything. The code sits by the register. People with a minute scan, people in a hurry grab their coffee and go.

Can we have the code printed on our bags and cups?

Yes. Download it as SVG and send the file to your supplier. If every shop gets the same bags, the code leads to one location's review page. For separate reviews per shop, add a table card with that shop's own code by the register.

Do my counter staff need to do anything?

Not for the QR code. Whoever takes cake orders can send the request too. Basic includes 3 team seats (including yours), Pro and Business any number. Analytics shows how many requests each person sent.

Do texts to customers in the US work right away?

SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
