No. Delivery apps keep their own ratings, and Citypicked does not read or change anything there. Citypicked collects reviews for Google and the sites you switch on for your review page.
Yes. The sticker on the box or bag needs no customer data. Put it on while packing, and every customer has the code in front of them while eating. Print as many stickers as you need.
Whoever takes the order already has the number. Ask if a text afterward is OK, type in the name and number, and choose to send in 1, 2 or 4 hours. Any team member can do this.
If you'd rather not spend credits, ask by email instead. Basic includes 300 email requests a month, Pro 1,000 and Business 2,500. Each text uses 1 credit, and the sticker only costs the printing.
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
