The right moment
You know the date from the lessons. Send the request by hand the Monday after, once the couple is home and still talking about their first dance.
Upload the family list after the show. If it ends after your sending hours, the texts go out the next morning, while parents are still glowing.
Couples who finish the beginner course are deciding whether to sign up again. Upload the class list after the last lesson. The reminder three days later skips anyone who rated.

Not weeks ahead. Send it by hand after the wedding, right away, in a few hours or the next morning. With an automation link on the Pro plan, a delay of up to 7 days is possible.
Whoever you choose, usually the parent who signed up and pays. On every text or email send you confirm that you have permission, and every text carries a stop link.
If couples book private wedding lessons through it, yes. Switch it on next to Google, and happy couples choose where to post. If not, leave it off.
Each studio gets its own location with its own review page, texts and statistics. Inside a studio, give each room its own code, such as Main Ballroom and Studio B.
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
