The right moment
Parents decide after the trial lesson whether their child stays. Ask the same day how the teacher and the instrument went over.
The concert is over and the grandparents have filmed every note. A card in the program catches the moment while families are still in the hall.
Before summer break, families decide whether to continue. Upload the list of parents and let Citypicked spread the sending over the afternoon.
How it works
Review sites
Parents usually search Google for lessons, often with the instrument in the search. Nextdoor and Thumbtack help when families nearby look for teachers there.

Slip a card with your code and logo into every program. Parents scan it at intermission or after the last piece. Another card at the front desk works on ordinary lesson days.

Export a list with name and email as CSV and upload it. Citypicked can stretch the sending across several hours if you like. If your software works with Zapier, Make or n8n, it can also run by itself on the Pro plan.
Yes, through the code in the program or at the front desk. The phone camera is enough, then they tap the stars. Texts and emails only go to people whose permission you have.
Yes. Turn Facebook on for your review page, and happy parents see Google and Facebook and pick one. Google stays at the top, since that is where new families search.
No. Often the front office sends the requests. If teachers want to ask their own students, add them as team members. Basic includes 3 team seats (including yours), Pro and Business any number.
