The right moment
In kids classes, parents watch from the side and make the call. Ask them that same day how the first class went for their child.
The new belt is tied and the family has taken photos. Send the request right then, while everyone is still proud.
A women's or seniors' self-defense course has a clear last class. Upload the sign-up list afterward. People who have already rated get no reminder.
How it works
Review sites
Parents search Google for kids martial arts nearby and read how coaches treat children. Nextdoor matters too, since neighbors ask each other there where their kids train.

During kids class, parents sit by the mat for a while, phone in hand. A poster there invites them to rate you without anyone having to ask, and Citypicked counts how often it is scanned.

The parents. Send the request to the number or email you got at sign-up. Citypicked stores only name, contact, stars and private feedback, nothing about the child.
No. Write the text once, with a live preview, and Citypicked fills in the parent's name, your school's name and the link. Then type in the families or upload a list, and the texts go out.
If families in your area use it, yes. Switch it on next to Google on your review page, and happy parents pick where to post.
Yes. Add them as team members and they can send requests after the belt test themselves. Basic includes 3 team seats (including yours), Pro and Business any number.
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
