New students get a short email the next morning. By then the class has sunk in, and the answer is an honest one.

When the class pass runs out
The last class on the pass is a good moment. She knows your teachers, your room and your style, and she is deciding whether to buy another pass.

After a weekend workshop
An inversions workshop comes with a fixed sign-up list. Upload it that evening. If that is past your sending hours, the emails go out the next morning.

What changes for you

Your words, your tone: You write the email and the reminder in your own words, with a live preview. If you keep things soft and personal in the studio, keep them that way here too.
Hear about the room first: If the room is too full or too warm, a low rating brings that to you as private feedback. Add a note on what you will change and mark it done.

Students book through an app. Can Citypicked ask them by itself?

If your booking software works with Zapier, Make or n8n, yes. After each class it passes name and email to Citypicked, and the request follows after the delay you set, two hours for example. That needs the Pro plan. Otherwise, upload the class list.

Won't this feel too salesy for a yoga studio?

That depends on your words, and you write them. Each person gets one request, reminders only until they rate, and every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also keep it to workshops and finished class passes.

I also get reviews on a booking platform. Can I include it?

If that platform has a public review page for your studio, add it as a custom link. Keep Google at the top, that is where people nearby look.

I teach in two spaces across town. Do I need two accounts?

No. Each space becomes its own location in the same account, with its own review page, codes and numbers. The second location is added to your plan.

Do texts to customers in the US work right away?

SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
