Not weeks ahead, Citypicked has no calendar for that. Send it on the day of the final appointment, right away or a few hours later. If your office software passes appointments through Zapier, Make or n8n, the request can go out up to 7 days after a visit on the Pro plan.
The request is a short text, and on the review page they only tap the stars. Customers who do not use a cell phone can get an email, or, with permission, you ask a family member. Sending hours keep anything from arriving late in the evening.

If an audiologist on your team has a profile there and patients find you through it, yes. Your review page shows the sites you switch on and the customer picks one. Google stays first, since that is where people search for a hearing center nearby.
