Who should we ask, the client or the family?

You decide case by case. Often it is the person who signed with you and keeps in touch. Enter their name and email, and confirm on each send that you have their permission.

What does Citypicked store about our clients?

Only the name, mobile number or email, the stars and private feedback. No care records, no diagnoses, no visit schedules. Owners and managers can delete a person completely on request.

Can our caregivers send requests from the road?

Yes, from their phone, once you invite them as team members. Basic includes 3 team seats (including yours), Pro and Business any number. If only the office should ask, invite only the office.

We have two offices covering different areas. Can each have its own page?

Yes. Each office becomes a location with its own review page, texts and sending hours, so each one asks in its own name and sends families to its own Google listing.

Do texts to customers in the US work right away?

SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
