When the new glasses are picked up
The temples are adjusted, the customer sees sharp and turns to the mirror. The stand on the fitting table is a hand's width away.
- 02
After the contact lens follow-up
The trial lenses fit, the check went well, the lenses are ordered. Customers who leave happy get a short text the next morning.
- 03
When the old pair still works
Sometimes the eye exam shows the current glasses are still fine. People who get honest advice like that are glad to say so in public.

- Some customers want to see how they get used to the new lenses first. A reminder after 3 days goes only to those who have not rated yet.
- When the frame pinches
- A customer who gives two stars because the temple pinches behind the ear lands in a private form. You get an email right away and invite them back for an adjustment.

Common questions
Many of my customers are older. Will they manage the QR code?
Anyone without a smartphone on them can get the request by text or email instead. On the review page they tap the stars and are passed on. Posting on Google takes a Google account, Citypicked itself takes nothing.
Can I ask people who only came in for an eye exam?
Yes, if they agreed to hear from you. Someone who got honest advice without being sold anything is a good person to ask.
Can customers choose between Google and Facebook?
Your review page shows every site you switch on, and the customer picks one. If only Google is on, they go there without a detour.
We have two stores. Does each one see its own numbers?
Yes. Each store becomes its own location, with its own review page, codes and sending hours. Basic and Pro include 1 location, Business 3; further stores are added on top.
Do texts to customers in the US work right away?
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
