How do we get the code onto our bags?
Citypicked makes 10 x 10 cm stickers and business card size cards with your logo. Print them yourself, or send the SVG file or the PDF to the shop that prints your bags.
Will this slow down the counter?
No. The stand speaks for itself and your team does not have to explain anything. Whoever wants to scans it, everyone else takes their bag and goes.
Can customers choose between Google and Facebook here?
Yes. Switch on the sites you want on your review page and the customer picks one. Any other public review page can be added as a custom link.
We run more than one store. How do we keep them apart?
Each store becomes its own location with its own review page, codes and numbers. That way you see how the store by the hospital is doing next to your main one.
Do texts to customers in the US work right away?
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
