On Airbnb, only guests who booked there can review, and only after their stay. Citypicked asks your direct bookers and repeat guests and sends them to Google.

How it works
Airbnb
On Airbnb, reviews come from customers who booked there. Citypicked shows your customers your profile and takes them to Google and your other review sites to write their review.

Requests
Citypicked asks by text, email, WhatsApp or QR code. By hand after the visit or automatically after every appointment.

With the star filter off, every customer sees the buttons to your review sites right away. Customers who'd rather write to you directly use the link for private messages.

Tips
Airbnb does not allow trading reviews for anything or pressuring guests. A friendly message on checkout day is enough.
You can post a public response to every published review. Stay factual, even with criticism.
Guests who book on your website or by phone get a Citypicked message after their stay that takes them to Google.
Only guests with an Airbnb booking can review there, and Airbnb prompts them itself on checkout day. The link in Citypicked shows your listing.
The link to your listing, for example airbnb.com/rooms/…, or your host profile.
Citypicked asks them. They review you on Google or another site open to everyone, such as Tripadvisor.
Your first request goes out in five minutes.
