Tips
HolidayCheck does not allow systems that filter out critical reviews. Switch off the star filter on your review page, and every guest sees your review sites right away.
HolidayCheck explicitly allows both. The Citypicked QR code fits on a room card and on the bill.
Each review has to be written by the guest, without influence. Your team asks kindly but never types anything for them.
HolidayCheck does not allow incentives that depend on the content or are worth more than a trifle, nor any pressure on guests. A friendly request is enough.
The link to your hotel on HolidayCheck from the address bar, for example holidaycheck.de/hi/…. Your guests review your hotel from there.
No. HolidayCheck does not allow filtering out critical reviews. Without the star filter, your review page shows every guest your review sites plus a link for private messages to you.
Yes. With a free hotelier account on HolidayCheck you read and comment on your reviews.
Your first request goes out in five minutes.
