Why reviews on Trusted Shops matter

Trust when buying online: Trusted Shops combines a trust mark, buyer protection and reviews for online stores, in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands among others.
Verified is what counts: Your score is built from verified reviews that come from invitations. Reviews written directly on your profile show as unverified.
One page for every site: Your customers see Trusted Shops next to Google and your other sites, and choose themselves.

Tips

Tips for Trusted Shops

01
Invitations through Trusted Shops
Verified reviews come from Trusted Shops' own invitations on a paid plan. Use Citypicked alongside for Google and your other sites.
02
Ask every customer the same way
For invitations, Trusted Shops requires asking all customers neutrally, whatever review you expect. If Trusted Shops is on your review page, switch off the star filter.
03
No incentives
Trusted Shops does not allow discounts, special terms or other perks for a positive review.
04
Soon after delivery
A purchase can be reviewed for up to six months. So ask while the order is fresh.
