Why reviews on PagesJaunes matter

France's business directory: PagesJaunes by Solocal lists businesses in France. A listing is free.
Recent reviews count: The average only counts reviews from the last four years. New reviews keep it current.
Moderated, with your reply: PagesJaunes checks reviews before they go live, and you can reply to every one.

Tips

More reviews on PagesJaunes

01
Ask on the same day
Right after the visit everything is fresh. Citypicked sends the request as soon as you add the customer.
02
No paid reviews
PagesJaunes does not allow posts the author is paid or rewarded for. A friendly request is enough.
03
Reply instead of deleting
You can't have single reviews deleted, but you can reply. A calm answer shows new customers how you handle criticism.
