The right moment
The team holds up the signs and everyone talks at once. The code next to the photo wall is there for all of them, not just the person who booked.
Your game master enters the booker's name and number and picks in 1 hour. The text arrives while the group sits at dinner, still talking about the room.
Corporate events are usually booked by someone in the office. An email to that person the next morning fits better than a text after work.

Put Google first, that is where groups look for rooms nearby. In tourist towns, Tripadvisor is worth adding, since visitors browse it for things to do in the evening.

Yes, with the automation link on the Pro plan, if your booking system works with Zapier, Make or n8n. The system passes on name and number, Citypicked waits the delay you set, from 15 minutes to 24 hours, and then sends the text.
Write your text so it fits either way, for example "Thanks for playing" rather than "Congrats on escaping". Players who are disappointed and tap few stars end up in the private form that only you and your team see.
The person who booked. They organized the event and hear what colleagues thought. Send them an email the next morning. Basic includes 300 email requests a month, Pro 1,000 and Business 2,500, and you can add more.
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
