Reminders for busy newlyweds: After a wedding, thank-you cards and emails pile up. Citypicked sends up to two reminders, each 1 to 14 days after the request, and only if no rating has come in.
Planners are not asked after every event: An agency that books with you several times a year should not get a request every time. Set the minimum gap to as much as 90 days.
What went wrong stays in-house first: Dinner came late, the music was too loud: that kind of feedback lands in your private inbox. With status and notes, your team sees who is handling it.

Can I schedule the request for after the honeymoon?

Not weeks ahead. Manual requests go out right away, in 1, 2 or 4 hours, or the next morning. The automation link allows a delay of up to 7 days. For anything later, send the request when the couple is back.

We host weddings and corporate events. Do we need two review pages?

No. One page per location is enough. Word the headline so it fits both, for example "How was your event with us?"

The wedding site that matters most to us is not in Citypicked. What can we do?

Add your profile there as a custom link. It then shows on your review page like any other site, and couples who had a great day can pick it.

We have two properties. Can we keep them apart?

Yes. Each property can be its own location with its own review page, texts and statistics. Several event spaces under one roof can stay one location.

Do texts to customers in the US work right away?

SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
