Between frames
Drinks are on the table and someone else is up. A table card at the lane gets scanned in exactly those minutes.
- 02
After the birthday party
The parent booked, paid and rounded up every kid. Pick in 2 hours and the text arrives once things have calmed down at home.

After the race
Lap times are on the screen and everyone is comparing. A code at the counter where the helmets come back catches exactly that moment.

What changes for you
- Codes for lanes, track and counter
- Give each code a label. Analytics shows each code's scans for the last 30 days, so you see whether people review from the lanes, the track or the counter.
- Complaints about waits come to you
- A long line at the register, shoes in the wrong size: unhappy guests write to you privately. Mark it In progress and reply by email.
- Sundays count too
- By default Citypicked does not send on Sundays. Switch Sundays on and parents get the text about Sunday's party the same day.

Common questions
A lot of our guests are kids. Who do we actually ask?
The adults. The text goes to the parent who booked, and the table cards go where parents and chaperones sit, such as the tables behind the lanes.
Weekends are packed. Who has time to type in numbers?
Nobody has to between groups. Upload the day's bookings as a list in the evening, and the texts go out at the next allowed time. On the Pro plan it also runs automatically if your booking system works with Zapier, Make or n8n.
We run bowling and mini golf at two addresses. Does that fit in one account?
Yes. Each address becomes its own location with its own review page, codes and sending hours. The mini golf course can rest in winter while the bowling center keeps asking.
Do texts to customers in the US work right away?
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
