A code on the counter asks while campers pay up. Those who booked ahead get a text the next day, and complaints about showers or noise come to you first.

How was it at Pine Hollow Campground? Scan the code with your phone camera.
The right moment
The awning is packed and the bill is paid. A code on the counter catches campers while they are still thinking about the last campfire.
Campers who booked with a mobile number get a text once the rig is back in the driveway. Upload yesterday's departures as a list each morning.
Seasonal and monthly guests know your park better than anyone. Ask them once, near the end of their stay, instead of on every visit.
How it works
Review sites
Put Google first, with Facebook or Tripadvisor next to it. If you have a profile on a camping or RV site, add it as a custom link and it shows up on your review page too.
GoogleGoogle Maps and Google Search

Text message
Campers who leave before the office opens never see the counter card. Text them the next day: one by one, from a list, or automatically from your reservation software if it works with Zapier, Make or n8n.

By text or email the next day, if you have their number or address from the reservation. Enter them one by one and pick tomorrow morning, or upload the departures as a list. By default nothing goes out before 9 a.m.
Citypicked offers Google and 117 other review sites. If yours is missing, add your campground's page there as a custom link. It then appears on your review page next to Google.
As many as you like: one at the office, one at the camp store, one in each cabin. Each gets its own label, and Citypicked counts the scans per code, so you see where campers actually scan.
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
