Why reviews on Zocdoc matter

Verified patients: Reviews marked "Verified patient" on Zocdoc come only from patients who booked through Zocdoc and saw you.
Zocdoc asks for you: Patients review from their Zocdoc account or through a link Zocdoc sends to their email. You don't have to do anything.
People book right there: Anyone who finds you on Zocdoc can book an appointment right away. Good reviews help exactly where patients make up their minds.

Tips

Tips for Zocdoc

01
Google for everyone else
Patients who didn't book through Zocdoc are the ones you ask with Citypicked, on Google or Healthgrades. Any patient can review there.
02
Zocdoc's own tool
With fewer than 30 reviews, Zocdoc lets you ask other patients for a review through your Zocdoc account. That runs through Zocdoc, not Citypicked.
03
Reply without patient details
In a public reply, never confirm that someone is your patient or name a treatment. HIPAA protects that information too.
