Why reviews on Booksy matter

Clients read before booking: On Booksy, new clients see the reviews on your profile before they pick an appointment.
Verified clients: Booksy marks reviews from clients who booked as verified. That gives new clients confidence.
Walk-ins review elsewhere: Clients who come in without a Booksy appointment cannot review there. Google is the right place for them.

Tips

Tips for Booksy

01
Only after the appointment
Booksy only allows a review once the appointment is over. For Google too, asking on the same day works best.
02
Reply in public
Booksy advises replying to weak reviews in public and showing how you made things right.
03
No discount for a review
A reward for a review looks bought, and Google does not allow it. A friendly request is enough.
