Tips
ShopVote only allows the review link in messages to individual customers, never publicly on a website, in a shop or on social media. ShopVote may remove reviews that came through a public link.
If you use QR codes or share your review page publicly, leave ShopVote off it.
ShopVote requires your customers' explicit permission for review requests. Citypicked has you confirm that you have it when you send.
Anyone who gets, or is promised, a discount or extra for a review may not review on ShopVote.
The link to your ShopVote review page from the address bar. Citypicked turns it into the review link.
No. Your shop's listing is free. Premium plans add extras such as automatic invitations and product reviews.
Because ShopVote only allows the review link in personal messages to individual customers. A code at the register or on your website would be public.
Your first request goes out in five minutes.
