Plenty of your clients walk in without an appointment, so you never get their number. A code on the mirror takes them to Google with one scan while the fade is still sharp.
Nothing to pay today. Cancel anytime.
The right moment
You hold the hand mirror behind his head and he nods. The code sits right in front of him on the mirror, and his phone is out while you brush off his neck.
No time to type in numbers with every seat in the waiting area taken. The code works on its own, and Analytics shows later how often it was scanned.
Regulars who book online or call ahead get a short text after the cut. Typing in name and number at the register takes a moment.
How it works
Review sites
Men looking for a barber nearby search Google Maps and decide by the stars and the photos of fresh cuts. Keep Google at the top of your review page.

Text message
Regulars who book ahead get a text after the cut, typed in at the register in a few seconds. If your booking app works with Zapier, Make or n8n, the Pro plan sends it after every appointment by itself.

With the sticker on the mirror. The client scans it with his phone camera, taps the stars and lands on Google. You never need his number for that.
Yes. You write the text and the reminder yourself with a live preview. Keep it as casual as you talk in the shop. Citypicked fills in the name and the link.
Give each barber a code with their name and invite everyone as a team member. You then see scans per code and how many requests each person sent. Basic includes 3 team seats (including yours), Pro and Business any number.
No. The new shop becomes its own location with its own review page, codes and sending hours. You add it to your plan and see both shops in one place.
