Right after a peel the skin is red, and the real result shows later. Citypicked asks the next morning and reminds clients a few days on, only if they have not rated yet.

The right moment
The redness has calmed down and your client sees a fresh face in the mirror. Pick tomorrow morning when you send, and the text arrives as the day starts.
Clients who wait to see the result get a reminder. Set it to five or seven days, when the skin has usually settled after a peel. SMS reminders are part of Pro.
For a series against dark spots or breakouts, ask after the final appointment, when the difference from the first visit is easy to see.
How it works
Review sites
New clients find a facial studio on Google and read what others say about a specific treatment. Facebook works for studios that share their results there.

FacebookRecommendations on your Facebook pageMissing a site? Add any other public review page as a custom link.
QR code · Business card
Clients in a series take an appointment card home anyway. Print the code on it, and they can scan it whenever they see the result for themselves, no message needed.

Manual sends go out right away, in one to four hours or the next morning. For later, use reminders: up to two, each one to 14 days after the request. With the automation link on Pro, a request can be delayed by up to seven days.
You write every message in your own words. Only clients who have not rated yet get a reminder, and anyone who unsubscribes is never asked again.
Yes. Any public review page can be added as a custom link, next to Google and the other sites you switch on. Your client picks on your review page.
Between two clients there is barely a minute. Enter the day's clients in the evening and pick tomorrow morning. Or upload a CSV list and Citypicked spreads the sending over several hours.
SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
