Your guest has slept well and remembers the sauna and the quiet room, not the drive home. Pick tomorrow morning and the email is there as their day begins.

After a spa day given as a gift
The daughter may have bought the gift card while the mother had the day. Ask the person who was there, using the email they left at check-in.

After a busy day with many guests
Upload the day's guests as a CSV list with their email addresses. Citypicked spreads the sending over several hours instead of emailing everyone at once.

What changes for you

The spa as its own location: If your hotel spa has its own Google listing, set it up as its own location. It gets its own review page, texts and codes, kept apart from the hotel.
Sauna and pool complaints reach you first: Too crowded in the quiet room, too cold in the pool. Guests who tap a few stars write it in a private form, and your spa manager and maintenance get an email right away.
Email instead of text credits: With the email address from the booking, a request costs no credits. Basic includes 300 email requests a month, Pro 1,000 and Business 2,500, and you can book more if you need them.

Our front desk system knows every day guest. Can requests go out automatically?

Yes, if the system works with Zapier, Make or n8n. On the Pro plan it passes name and email to the automation link after the visit, and you set the delay anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Couples often come together. Do I ask both?

If you have both email addresses and both agreed to hear from you, yes. Each person gets their own request, and the duplicate protection makes sure nobody is asked twice within 30 days by default.

Hotel guests review us on Booking.com. Does that belong on the spa page?

Only guests who booked a room through Booking.com can review there, and they review the hotel as a whole. For the spa itself, Google and Tripadvisor usually fit better.

Who handles feedback on my days off?

The private feedback email goes to up to 10 addresses. In the Citypicked inbox your team marks each one New, In progress or Done, so everyone sees what is still open.

Do texts to customers in the US work right away?

SMS to the US and Canada need a sender number first. We set it up for you; it takes about a week. Email, WhatsApp and QR codes work from the first day.
