Why reviews on Vagaro matter

Business and team in one: On Vagaro, customers review your business and, if they like, the person who served them.
Only real customers: People who never visited you cannot review on Vagaro. Vagaro removes reviews from people who were not customers.
The site for salons and studios: Vagaro calls itself an official review site for salons, spas and gyms, the way Yelp is for restaurants.

Tips

More reviews on Vagaro

01
Sign in with the right account
Customers have to sign in with the Vagaro account they booked with. Check this first when someone cannot review.
02
Allow verified customers only
In your online appointment rules you can limit reviews to customers with a completed appointment.
03
Reply in public
You reply publicly in Review Management, and the customer gets a notification.
04
Ask without points
Vagaro can give customers loyalty points for a review. We advise against it: reviews without a reward look more genuine, and Google does not allow rewards.
