Why reviews on Doctify matter

Confirmed patients only: Every Doctify review comes from a patient confirmed by text message. Each patient can review a practice at most once in 30 days.
Decided independently: Flagged reviews go to an independent committee of doctors, a legal advisor and a patient representative.
Criticism stays up: Doctify never removes a review just because it is negative. That makes your profile credible to new patients.

Tips

Tips for Doctify

01
Invitations come from Doctify
Without a Doctify subscription your profile says "Not actively collecting reviews right now" and nobody can review. With one, Doctify invites your patients by email, text, QR code or tablet.
02
Citypicked for your other sites
Use Citypicked for Google and your other review sites. Doctify sits on your review page as a profile so patients can find you there.
03
Reply without patient details
Doctify lets you reply to negative reviews. Leave out any details of the treatment, since confidentiality applies online too.
