Tips

More reviews on MioDottore

01
Italian from the start
Set your review page to Italian. Then everything is in one language, from the first tap to the form.
02
Ask after the appointment
Ideally the same day. Patients who still remember the visit write in more detail.
03
Their own visit, their own words
Moderators check that a real visit shows through. Ask patients to describe their appointment in their own words, with no script.
04
Reply without details
When you reply, name no diagnosis and no treatment. A thank-you and an offer to talk are enough.
