Tips

More reviews on Legelisten

01
Asking is expressly allowed
Legelisten lets practices ask patients for a review, for example with reminders, QR codes or a message after the appointment.
02
No money, no friends
Paying for reviews, reviewing yourself and asking family or friends to review are all forbidden.
03
Voluntary means voluntary
Make clear that a review is optional, especially in therapy. Citypicked sends only one reminder by default.
04
Confidentiality in every reply
In your reply, mention no treatment and no details from the visit. Your duty of confidentiality applies here too.
