Reco bans companies from offering any kind of incentive for reviews. A friendly request is enough.
Reviews of your own company, a competitor or your own employer are not allowed on Reco.

Reviews without a Reco invitation are marked "Okontrollerat omdöme" (unchecked review): the person is confirmed by BankID, the purchase is not. Customers you invite through Reco show as invited.
Not by you. Reco doesn't remove negative reviews from real customers; companies can only report reviews. A factual reply helps more.
