Why reviews on Bokadirekt matter

Stars from five reviews: Bokadirekt only shows your average once at least five clients have rated you. Without reviews it is missing on the marketplace.
Google finds them too: Bokadirekt publishes reviews in its app and on bokadirekt.se, where Google picks them up.
Guest bookings don't count: Clients who book online as a guest without an account cannot review on Bokadirekt. Citypicked reaches them.

Tips

Tips for Bokadirekt

01
Use the right email
When you enter an appointment yourself, use the email your client signs in to Bokadirekt with. Then they can review afterwards.
02
Bokadirekt asks fast
The request arrives about two hours after the treatment. Clients then have 30 days.
03
Nothing in return
A reward for a review looks bought, and Google does not allow it. A friendly request is enough.
