Why reviews on Feefo matter

Verified reviews: Feefo only invites people who bought something or can prove they dealt with you. The "Feefo Verified" label shows exactly that.
No cherry-picking: Feefo's guidelines rule out asking only selected customers. Reviews with an incentive have to be labeled.
Google reviews on top: On Google, every customer can review. Citypicked asks there, while Feefo sends its own invitations.

Tips

Tips for Feefo

01
Feefo invites on its own
Feefo sends its invitations after the purchase. Citypicked doesn't need to do anything for that.
02
Don't ask twice
If Feefo has already invited a customer, use Citypicked to ask for another site, such as Google. That way nobody gets two requests for the same thing.
03
No hidden incentives
Feefo requires reviews with an incentive to be clearly labeled. In the UK, a law in force since April 2025 bans hidden incentives. The simplest way: no reward.
